Like many businesses, we’ve received an unprecedented number of customer enquiries and requests for support. This has led to a huge volume of enquiries to respond to and lengthy call waiting times. It’s not how we would normally expect to care for our customers but these are truly extraordinary times.

Our customer services team are doing their best to help while working from home. We’ve retrained a large number of colleagues to work in a ‘taskforce’ to support our customer services team. Our primary focus remains the health and safety of our staff and clients therefore ensuring the continuity of our operations. While the situation continues to evolve, we do not foresee an impact on our operations nor on our role in supporting financial stability through the provision of financial services.
